If you are planning on putting aside your tax return in hopes of a simple vacation with your family to Universal, you might be in luck.
The new hotels will offer the same amenities and benefits as the other Universal hotels for a fraction of the price. Included in these benefits is early admission to certain parks and free transportation to and from the parks. These beach-themed accommodations will be the most affordable of the hotels.
The hotels will be built on what was once the site of Universal’s Wet n’ Wild water park with one hosting 750 rooms and the other 2,050 rooms. The pair of hotels will share fitness rooms along with two food courts, bars and three pools.
The new hotels come as part of the expansion plan at Universal. Since the opening of the Volcano Bay water park, rumors have circled of a Super Nintendo themed world that could be coming.
Universal bought 101 more acres of land this month, although no one is positive of whether the space will be used for more hotels or a whole new park. Universal hopes to be able to open reservations in early 2018.
